All water tanks built ranging from 28,000 L to 32,000 L, built to suit many models including Cat, Hitachi , Komatsu, Volvo, Bell.

Each water tank is specifically built by our engineers to suit clients' requirements.
We incorporate the latest and highest level componentry to fabricate all our water tanks to suit the harshest working environments.

• Magnum spray heads x 3 / 5 / 7 which ever suits your application.
• Titan 3" hydraulic water cannon.
• Southern Cross close coupled water pump.
• Fully sealed stainless steel rear control box.
• All pipe work hot dip galvanised.
• Install all emergency stop buttons, LED lighting, rear tail lights, work lights, amber beacons.
• All wiring looms are braided which are all fire/fluid and abrasion resistance.
• Install cab control box with all LED lighting/ German made water sensor level.
• Supply and install wheel chocks mounted to the water tank.
• Fully test all hydraulic/electrical systems prior to delivery.
• Install all company decals.

Painting specifications

• Abrasive class 2.5 blast.
• Inside painted with a epoxy mastic liner.
• Outside painted with a epoxy zinc primer/2 pack polyurethane top coat.
